Prerequisites
- Access to the Devices page
- At least one device in your tenant
Step-by-step
- Open Devices in the Guardian web app.
- Click the search input.
- Enter device name, camera ID, or model.
- Apply filters (status, manufacturer, tenant) as needed.
- Review filtered results.
Expected result
- Results list updates to match search + filters
- Matching devices are displayed with current status
Troubleshooting
Issue: no results shown
- Verify spelling and filters
- Clear filters and retry
- Confirm data exists for selected tenant
